Ice globes: a two-minute ritual for puffy morning skin
Cold glass, gentle strokes and a little patience. Here is how our therapists use them.

Ice globes are small glass tools filled with a liquid that stays cold longer than a spoon from the freezer. Cold narrows blood vessels temporarily, which helps reduce puffiness around the eyes.
Keep them in the fridge rather than the freezer, apply a serum first so the glass glides, and move from the centre of the face outwards. Two minutes is enough.
Never press hard on the eye area, and stop if your skin feels numb. Guests with rosacea should check with a dermatologist before using cold tools.
